OUR STRATEGY

Blockchain Power Corp. (“BPC”) operates high tech Blockchain data centers exclusively in West Virginia.  The BPC data centers contain and operate advanced computers with high computing power for ultra-speed processing of data.  These powerful data processing devices operated at BPC data centers are known as Application Specific Integrated Circuit (“ASIC”) computers.  ASIC computers are a powerful and hyper-speed tool for specialized electronic data systems.  New generation ASIC computers operate with a computing power and processing speed of 200 tera hash per second. This computing power and speed was previously unimaginable.

The ASIC computers that operate at BPC data centers are contributing their computing power to a cyber-secure data network known as the Blockchain.   The innovation and emergence of the Blockchain nearly 15 years ago is well recognized as a transformative technological milestone.  A Blockchain is a distributed and immutable ledger with a growing list of records (data) that are contained in digital blocks.  These digital blocks are securely linked together via cryptographic hashes.  Each block contains a cryptographic hash of the previous block, a timestamp and transaction data.   Since each new block contains data and information from the previous block, they effectively form a data chain, with each additional block linking to the ones before it.    Consequently, blockchain transactions are irreversible in that, once they are recorded, the data in any given block cannot be altered retroactively.

The Blockchain hash rate is the number of times per second that computers on the network are hashing data to verify transactions and perform the encryption that secures the network. The hash rate is an indicator of network health at any given time and is driven primarily driven by the number of ASIC computers participating and their combined computing power. Blockchain network computing power and speed has grown to 600 Exahash per second. For reference, 1 Exahash = 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 / 1 quintillion hashes.   This computing power makes the Blockchain network is the world’s most cyber-secure computer network, considered to be un-hackable.

In summary, the Application-Specific Integrated Circuit computers operated at BPC’s data centers in West Virginia have helped revolutionize the electronic data systems industry by providing unparalleled speed, power, and efficiency in performing specialized calculations in support of the Blockchain network. In the year 2024, ASIC computing and the Blockchain network are synonymous with high technology.
